Space and Exhibit Rules
The organizer reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion the assigning the exhibitor’s booth location. In principle, one company (one group) exhibits with one booth.
The organizer has the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that, in their opinion, is not appropriate for the character or purpose of the exposition. Questionable exhibits must be modified upon the request of the organizer, and the organizer has the right to remove any exhibit from the hall. In such cases, any paid fees are non refundable.

Exhibit Setup and Dismantling
The organizer will inform exhibitors about the dates and times for transporting exhibition items into and out of the venue and other installation details. During the show hours, exhibitors must have the organizer's permission to transport items into or out of the venue, dismantle a booth, or remove exhibits. In addition, exhibitors must abide by the Roppongi Hills Guidelines. Exhibitors shall be liable for any damage caused by them or their employees, agents or contractors, to the venue or to any equipment, facilities, goods, or persons within the venue. Exceptions include damage caused by natural disasters and other reasons that the organizer accepts. All exhibitors must be fully insured against risks, including fire and third party liability, and must provide written proof of such insurance to the organizer. After the show, exhibitors must completely remove their exhibits by the appointed day. In the event that exhibitors fail to comply, the organizer will remove the exhibits and charge the exhibitor any expenses incurred.
Exhibitors are highly recommended to procure some kind of insurance, as the organizer is not obliged to accept any responsibility for exhibitors' activities.

Customs & Copyright Clearance
This exhibition site is not a bonded exhibition site. Exhibits imported from overseas must undergo all customs procedures and clearance. Each exhibitor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits to use music, photographs, or any other copyrighted material in the exhibitor’s booth or display.

Safety Regulations
Under the regulation of the Tokyo Accident Prevention Agency, smoking is not allowed except in designated areas. Open flames and dangerous objects are not allowed in the exhibition site. Placing objects in or around access aisles, emergency exits, and fire hydrants/fire extinguishers is also prohibited.

Exhibition Management and Immunity
The organizer can modify the exhibition rules in order to facilitate the processes involved in holding the exhibition. The organizer can cancel the exhibition in the event of a natural disaster or other unexpected circumstances. If the organizer cancels the exhibition before the opening day, all paid fees will be refunded. However, the organizer will not provide compensation for any losses resulting from the cancellation. The organizer can change the exhibition’s opening hours or dates if compelling reasons require such action. In such cases, exhibitors will receive neither a refund nor compensation for any resulting loss.

Acceptance of the Exhibition Rules and Regulations
All exhibitors acknowledge the receipt of all terms and conditions set forth herein and all terms and conditions the organizer establishes and announces.
