The time has come! Japan Contents Showcase 2013 will start nextweek.
Please keep in mind following points.

□Registration Desk

We will set the registration desk at 1st floor of Hotel Grand Pacific LE DAIBA.
Significant congestion is expected in the morning of Day1, so we kindly advise you to arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare.

□ID Badge

To enter JCS venue, you will need an ID badge.
If your ID badge will not be delivered, please print out the barcode from “ID Pick-up Barcode” of “MY PAGE” and visit the registration desk.
The Registration Desk of Odaiba venue is the only place to pick-up ID badge.
Please note that ID badge is not able to pick-up at Roppongi, the main venue of TIFF.

□Registration of ID photo

We would like to ask you pre-register of photo for ID badge, if the registered has not been completed yet.
Those who have not completed their photo registration will be taken photos on the spot at the desk. It will take time to create ID badge.

□The Information Counter

We set the Information Counter of JCS on B1 floor of Hotel Grand Pacific LE DAIBA.
Please visit the counter anytime you have questions.

□For exhibitors

Exhibit Set up will start at 14:00 on October 21st (Mon).
Exhibitor and Exhibitor’s guest badge will be handed over to person in charge all at once at the registration desk. Please visit the desk between 13:30-19:00 on October 21st. Exhibitor Kit will be hand out when you visit at the desk.
