ID badge is essential to visit Japan Content Showcase 2014.
With regards to the delivery of your ID badges, you can pick up your ID badge ONLY at registration desk at Grand Pacific LE DAIBA. This year, there is no option to pick-up your ID badge by post. Picking-up your ID at Registration Desk is the ONLY option.
Please come to the Registration Desk with ID Pick-up Barcode with you.
Before arriving to the venue, please confirm the following steps.

■Exhibitor
On Bring-in day 20th Oct (Mon), the representative person of Exhibitor will be issued all the ID badges for Exhibitor members and Exhibitor Guest.
*Please note ID badges cannot be distributed individually for each Exhibitor Members and Exhibitor Guests.

※ From your my page, you can retrieve "ID Pick-up Barcode".
Bring your "ID Pick-up Barcode" by printing it out on paper, or present it on your smartphone at the Registration Desk.
With ID Pick-up Barcode, the speed of your registration will be boost and shall benefit you to save your time at the JCS nicely and smoothly!

20th October（Mon） 2：00 PM ～ 9：00 PM
21st October（Tue） 8：30 AM ～ 6：30 PM
22nd October（Wed） 9：00 AM ～ 6：30 PM
23rd October（Thu） 9：00 AM ～ 5：30 PM
<Please don't forget to register your photo in advance>
If you arrive to the venue without photographic registration, photo shooting is essential at the Registration Desk before issuing ID badge, shall take longer hours for entering the venue.
We strongly advice you to register your photo IN ADVANCE. Please register your face photo from the URL below.

※Registration Desk is expected to be busy on 21st October AM. Please allow yourself to have enough time if you wish to pick up your ID badges 21st (Tue) onwards. It is more advisable to pick them up on 20th to avoid queue.
※Please note: Japan Content Showcase 2014 ID badges can be picked up the JCS venue in Daiba ONLY during 21st to 23rd October, which is in prior to Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF). JCS2014 ID badges CANNOT be picked up at TIFF venues in Roppongi. Please pick your ID badge at the JCS venue during 21st-23rd October.
*After the event 24th October onwards, JCS badges cannot be issued at the JCS venue in Daiba neither at the TIFF venue in Roppongi.
