Next week, Oct 22nd (Monday) – 25 (Thu) Asia's largest content market Japan Content Showcase 2018 will be held at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu and Ikebukuro Sunshine City for four days at two
venues!
The country and region of first-time registration buyer is Kyrgyz Republic and Saudi Arabia. The number of buyer registration by country is 1st China, 2nd Korea, 3rd Hong Kong & Taiwan (expect Japan).China
is first time to locate 1st.
The buyer account for 73.9% of overseas buyer is higher than last year. New deal will be expected with overseas buyers.

On May 9, 2018 Japan signed a film coproduction agreement with China. This seminar will explore various aspects and possibilities of coproduction between Europe, Asia and Japan encompassing Europe-Japan, Europe-Asia, and Asia-Japan. Each speaker will present his/her experience in the area and the panel will discuss how Japanese film-makers/producers can start to engage with the global coproduction scene.

MPA／DHU／TIFFCOM Film Workshop Seminar & Pitching Contest
The first part of seminar is the purpose to construct platform for overseas development of young filmmakers. Event” coopeted with JETRO will be held to match making with sellers from Japan.
