Announcement of the TIMM special event -Music×Tech showcase- to be held on 24 Oct
Recently the collaboration of music and technology has been catching more attention, especially on artists’ live performance. Under the situation, this year’s Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM) will organize an event featuring music and technology, called “-Music×Tech showcase- TIMM special event produced by TECHS. / TuneCore Japan”.

TIFFCOM will celebrate its 15th Anniversary this year
TIFFCOM-Marketplace for Film & TV in Asia- will celebrate its 15th Anniversary this year.
TIFFCOM started as an affiliated marketplace of the Tokyo International Film Festival on 15 years ago, and now the participants come from not only Film, but wide varieties of industry such as the TV broadcasting, Animation, Film Commissions, Technical-related enterprises, Service Providers, Producers and others. In addition to the domestic exhibitors, many of foreign companies exhibit at the market, and it grows as “the marketplace” representing in Asia where people gathers and encounters. Moreover, many of participants are now coming to find the yet-to-discovered the Japanese IP in recent years.

What is the Japan Content Showcase;
“Japan Content Showcase”, a multi-content market featuring music, TV, film and animation, combining the three markets for music (Tokyo International Music Market, TIMM), film and TV (15th Anniversary TIFFCOM -the Marketplace for film and TV in Asia-, the only film festival in Japan approved by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations), and animation (Tokyo International Anime Festival Autumn, TIAF). TIMM will be held at the hotel “SHIBUYA EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU” in Shibuya while the TIFFCOM/TIAF will be held at “Sunshine City CONVENTION CENTER” in Ikebukuro.
