Registration process
1.Application via online registration by a registrants
2.Screening process by JCS Organizer’s office
3.Payment process (If registered during Sep 10th (Sat) – Oct 7th (Fri))
A)Applicants will receive a registration fee invoice from JCS Organizer and complete the payment.
B)JCS Organizer’s office will confirm the payment completion by applicants.
4.Approval by the JCS Organizer’s office
If you are successfully registered as Buyer at Japan Content Showcase 2016, you are eligible for
・Publishing your information on official guidebook and website
(Registered information of the approved registrants as of 7th Sep 23:59 (JST) will be published to the Official Guidebook.)
・Access to the member site “MY PAGE”.
・Searching participants on database.
・Access to Market Screening (except for Invitation only)
・Access to 29th Tokyo International Film Festival P&I Screening(Need reservation only for Roppongi venue)
・Access to a special lounge and Business Center (TBC)
・Participating related events (except for invitation only)
・Receiving newsletter
Registration notes
・Those who wish to register as a buyer will need to present their buyer history to verify the information, the Japan Content Showcase Organizer’s Office may contact to confirm the detailed information. Organizer’s Office will inform you within two weeks about the results of the application.
・Registration fee (10,800 JPY (tax included) payment process will occur if you register during Sep 10th (Sat) – Oct 7th (Fri) and pass the JCS Organizer’s office screening process. Your registration will be completed after JCS Organizer’s office confirms the payment.
・Buyer registration can only be done by pre-registration and no on-site registrations.
・P&I Screenings can be accessible with Japan Content Showcase 2016 ID badge. (Need reservation only Roppongi venue)
・ID Badge for Japan Content Showcase 2016 can only be picked up at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba(From 1st of July, the name of the hotel was changed from “GRAND PACIFIC LE DAIBA”.) It cannot be picked up at the venue of TIFF at Roppongi.
Also ID badge cannot be issued at the venue of TIMM at Shibuya.
