Japan Content Showcase 2017 Ikebukuro venue
starts from tomorrow (24th) !!!
From October 23 (Monday) to 26 (Thu), Asia’s largest content marketplace, Japan Content Showcase 2017, will be held at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu (Monday, 23th – Wednesday 25th) and Ikebukuro Sunshine City Convention Center .We will hold it at two venues for four days.
This year, the number of exhibitors is 371 organizations from 27 countries and regions, and which is the highest number ever. Also, buyer registration has remarkably increased from overseas and it’s expected to increase by 7% from last year. (As of October 19)
Today’s highlight @Shibuya venue
Japan Content Showcase 2017 finally started. At the 14th Tokyo International Music Market (14th TIMM) registration desk, participants gathered from each country made a line to receive the pass. An active negotiations were held from the morning at the enthusiastic venue. In the evening, annual showcase live will be held at Shibuya TSUTAYA O-EAST (scheduled to start from 18: 30). Today 23rd, 6 different artists will showcase the performance for buyers who gathered from all over the world.

Notes on JCS ID badge
1) Please note that ID badges can not be issued at the TIMM venue (Shibuya).
2) At the TIMM venue (Shibuya), it is possible to receive badges only for those who have applied for pre-registered ID badge “Receive in advance in Shibuya” application.
3) “Visitor walk-in” that can be registered on the day. This pass is valid for the duration of 4 days (Ikebukuro, Shibuya), photos taken at the time of registration will be taken at the venue so bringing it is unnecessary.
Even if you forget to register in advance, if you have this pass, you can also participate in various events and seminars.

Shuttle Bus Service Information between Ikebukuro to Roppongi
Japan Content Showcase2017 offers a shuttle bus service between Ikebukuro to Roppongi for two days while the market goes on. Please bring the JCS/TIFF ID badge with you when you get on the bus. The schedule may be changed depending on the traffic. Please check the timetable.
